Rêver Ensemble
Some dreams begin with an individual, but their true potential unfolds when they inspire others. On January 24, 2026, IMT Hyderabad hosted the 9th edition of TEDxIMTHyderabad, bringing together extraordinary voices under the theme Rêver Ensemble, meaning Dreaming Together. The theme embodied the belief that individual aspirations gain greater meaning when shared, nurtured through collaboration, and transformed into collective possibilities.
It was a celebration of ambition, resilience, and the courage to look beyond personal achievements. We didn't just hear stories of success; we discovered the struggles, choices, and relationships that shaped them. The event invited us to look beyond the destination and appreciate the journeys that make every dream worth pursuing.
Our stage welcomed seven remarkable personalities: Srikanth Mannepuri, Vandana Sharma, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Taran Chhabra, Dimple Jangda, Dr. Sanjay Arora, and Ashwin Mushran. Each brought a unique perspective, shaped by experiences of perseverance, reinvention, and purposeful innovation. From overcoming personal adversities to challenging societal expectations and redefining conventional notions of success, their stories reminded us that the most meaningful achievements often begin with the courage to take an unfamiliar path.
We were inspired to question what success truly means and to recognise the responsibility that comes with it. The conversations explored the power of empathy, ethical leadership, environmental consciousness, and the encouragement that helps others pursue their aspirations. In that shared space, we discovered that dreams are not defined solely by what we accomplish, but also by the values we uphold and the lives we influence along the way.
This wasn't simply a celebration of dreams fulfilled. It was a reminder that ambition finds greater meaning when guided by purpose, and that every achievement carries the potential to open doors for someone else. The conversations may have ended, but the ideas continue to resonate, inspiring us to dream together and imagine the possibilities that lie ahead
