At the heart of every great human achievement lies a fascinating contradiction. Every revolution, invention, or masterpiece begins in the quiet, private thoughts of one person. Yet, no matter how brilliant that single idea is, it only reaches its true potential when it is shared, challenged, and built upon by others.
This year, TEDxIMT Hyderabad presents Rêver Ensemble. This theme is about the journey an idea takes from a solitary "Reverie" (a dream) to a powerful "Ensemble" (a collective reality). It is an exploration of the bridge between imagination and implementation. While we often celebrate the "Eureka" moment of a lone genius, the true magic lies in the transformation that happens when that idea is touched by the world. It is the transition from a whisper to a roar, and from a personal passion to a shared purpose.

Meet up with TEDx Director, Mr. Will Davis
Institute of Management Technology, Hyderabad had the wonderful opportunity to host Mr. Will Davis, Director of the TEDx Program at TED Headquarters, at Blue Tokai, Knowledge Park, Hyderabad, for an inspiring and interactive session.
Mr. Davis, who oversees 3,500 TEDx events across 145 countries, shared fascinating insights on storytelling, curation, and building meaningful communities. He reminded everyone that impact matters more than scale and that one powerful idea can truly make a difference.
The discussion centred on enhancing the forthcoming edition of TEDxIMTHyderabad and exploring avenues to strengthen its engagement with the global TEDx community. He urged the team to stay curious, “steal like an eye,” and adapt from other TEDx communities, emphasizing that authentic stories and genuine passion always resonate the most.
